What data we process and why
When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process the data you give us: name, phone number, email, pick-up and delivery addresses, date and a description of the transport. We use it only to handle your request, prepare a quote and carry out the transport (pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
If we issue an invoice, the data on it is kept as required by Slovak accounting law (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
The form on this website
The “Free quote request” form does not send data to our server and stores nothing. It only prepares a message from the fields you fill in, which you then send yourself via WhatsApp or your email app. The terms of WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider also apply to that communication.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. The server may briefly log technical data (e.g. IP address and time of the request) to keep the site running and prevent abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep data
Communication data is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and the transport. Accounting documents are kept for the period required by law (usually 10 years).
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. It may only be processed by the providers of the services you use to contact us (e.g. WhatsApp, email) and by public authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to [email protected]. If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava (dataprotection.gov.sk).
